1. Garbage deposit refund: Garbage deposit for those who didn't collect it at the festival will be returned via Bank Wire Transaction. Detailed info will be posted next week, after we know how to do this technically.
2. 1 day ticket and Parking (04.08.2023) refund: Those who bought the tickets within the last 14 days can ask for a refund directly in the shop where they bought the ticket. If you have purchased the Refund Protection option, you can get a refund for your ticket using this option. 1day ticket and Parking owners (04.08.2023) who purchased their tickets before the 14 day return period or who did not purchase the Refund Protection option will receive their tickets refunded by bank wire. Detailed info will be posted next week, after we know how to do this technically.
