For those visitors who have issues with either a rollover or refund due to pandemics, we are working through your requests currently. These will take approximately a further 14 days, as each email requires individual attention and element of back and forth, so please do not be concerned if you are still awaiting a reply, it will be coming.
For those that already have MetalDays 2022 tickets but can’t visit the festival, please use TicketSwap to re-sell your ticket. This is the only way to re-sell your ticket that is authorized by us (promoters), and as such it gives the needed security to the seller and to the buyer.
