German thrash metal pioneers DESTRUCTION have been added to the MetalDays 2023 lineup, and we couldn't be more excited. With a career spanning over four decades, the band has cemented themselves as one of the most influential acts in the genre. Their blistering riffs, lightning-fast solos, and aggressive vocals have earned them a dedicated following and influenced countless other metal bands. CRYPTOSIS is a Dutch progressive thrash metal band. With their unique sound and concept-driven approach, CRYPTOSIS is quickly becoming a rising force in the metal scene.
But that's not all - we have added another package of bands from Slovenia and the region to the lineup, including BLACKOUTT (SLO, Instrumental Grunge Stoner Rock), DIAMOND DUST (HR, Heavy/Thrash Metal), EXTREME SMOKE 57 (SLO, Grindcore), GORAGORJA (SLO, Sludge, Post, Dark Metal), IN HEAVEN (SLO, Depressioncore), KAOZ (SLO, Thrash, Groove, Nu metal), SPIRITS OF STYGIA (SLO, Deathcore).
