Name change update
It only applies to tickets bought through: https://shop.paylogic.com/66c108509f4547468bf51e7935b2c4e5/festival-tickets and https://resale.seetickets.com/metaldays-2023/ We know plans can sometimes change, and that's why we want to make it easy for you to resell your tickets if needed. Our official re-sale platform allows you to do just that, hassle-free!
If you can no longer make it to MetalDays 2023, or you have bought your ticket at the official re-sale platform, you still have time to change the name on your ticket until July 29th at 23:59:59.
Just follow these simple steps:
For original owners, you can change the name by going to your confirmation email and clicking on the "Manage Order" button. From there, click on "More" and select "Name Change." It's as simple as that!
If you bought your ticket from the official re-sale platform, you can also change the name until the same deadline. Just send us the names of the new and old owners, along with the ticket scan or ID number, to shop@metaldays.net.
Remember, after July 29th at 23:59:59, name changes won't be possible anymore, so make sure to do it before this deadline.
But don't worry, if you missed the chance to get your ticket from the re-sale platform, tickets will still be available to purchase at the box office.
