(Great) Parking Update!
Finally, great news for everyone who wants to visit the surroundings of Tolmin with their cars every day!
IF YOU PARK IN PARKING LOT 4 AND 5, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE YOUR CAR FROM THE PARKING LOT DAILY AND TO RETURN BACK TO THE PARKING LOT AT ANY TIME.
MOVING AROUND WITH THE CAR IS STILL NOT POSSIBLE IN PARKING LOTS 1, 2, AND 3.
To understand where parking lots are please look at the festival map: https://www.metaldays.net/festival-map If you need to leave the festival for urgent reasons, or you are leaving the festival before the end, you will be, of course, able to do so, no matter which parking you use.
ALL VISITORS ARRIVING ON 23. AND 24. 07. MUST FIRST CHECK IN TO THE BOX OFFICE NEAR HOFER OR AT DIJASKA STREET TO PICK UP THEIR WRISTBANDS AND TO GET PARKING TAGS IF THEY CAME WITH CARS.
When you come to the festival, you can choose the entrance at Hofer or the entrance on Dijaska street. You can get your festival bracelets, buy tickets, and parking at both entrances.
The entrance at Dijaska Street is open on July 23. and 24. 2022 or until parking lot 3 is full.
To understand where the entrances are please look at the festival map: https://www.metaldays.net/festival-map
After the entrance at Dijaska Street is closed, only the main entrance at Hofer will be open for festival visitors, regardless of whether they have a full festival ticket, a 3-day ticket, or a 1-day ticket.
We also warn that Dijaska Street is part of the construction site and is not paved.
This year, Dijaska street is open to all visitors and everyone else going to the beach, so you can use it if you want to go to the center of town.
Campers, caravans, and cars with tents on the roof should report to the main entrance at Hofer, and they will be directed to their designated spot in the camp. Nothing has changed.
For everyone who will be parked at Parking 4 and 5, for 23.07. and 24.07. we will provide shuttle transportation to the main entrance at Hoffer. Shuttles should operate from 11:00.
All Parking lots will be guarded.
Parking rules for visitors with 1day tickets have not changed.
If you are in doubt about where to park, please ask the box office personnel, and they will help you.
